Carroll Schempp, Principal Broker, has been an independent Broker licensed with the Kentucky and Indiana Real Estate Commissions, since 1983. He has been an active member of the Louisville Board of Realtors since 1986 and became an associate member of the Southern Indiana Realtors Association in 2008. He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is currently the President of the Neighborhood Development Corporation, a non-profit housing development organization.
Lisa Cottrell, Office Manager, has been in the property management and real estate field for over twenty years. She has extensive experience in both market rate and low-income tax credit properties. She is a Housing Credit Certified Specialist through the National Home Builders Association and is the Vice President of the Neighborhood Development Corporation, a non-profit housing development organization.
Katie Schempp, Property Coordinator/Associate Broker, has been working in real estate for over six years and has recently received her Kentucky Real Estate Brokers License. She is an active member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and a Housing Credit Certified Professional through the National Home Builders Association. She is experienced in working with both market rate and the low-income tax credit program and is responsible for supervising 300 rental units. In addition, she assists individuals who are looking to purchase a home or sell his/her current home.
Cory Britt, Property Coordinator, has been working with Schempp Realty since 2008. She is responsible for supervising 250 units that are managed through our non-profit affiliate, Neighborhood Development Corporation. In addition, she supervises market rate properties and works closely with our owners, investors and residents to ensure the property is being well maintained. She is currently pursuing both her real estate license and Housing Credit Certified Professional designation through the National Home Builders Association.
Stephanie El’Ayachi, Leasing Agent, has many years of experience in residential and commercial leasing and has been our leasing agent since 2005. She works diligently in marketing our properties and closely with prospective tenants to insure the highest possible occupancy rates at all the properties we manage.
Will Schempp, Property Assistant/Special Projects, has been working with Schempp Realty since Fall 2009. He has been assisting the property coordinators with site inspections and recertifications/lease renewals as well as assisting applicants during their application process. In addition, he is working with the maintenance coordinators on the turnover of vacant units as well as various large projects.
Jacquie Hammers, Accounting, has many years of experience in several different industries and has been with us since 2007. She works diligently to provide accurate accounting for the properties and supplies a detailed monthly and quarterly report for both the owner and investor.
Holly Law and Nita James, Maintenance Coordinators, have been with us for several years and work diligently to insure that all work orders and turnovers are handled quickly and efficiently. Their diligence helps to minimize any inconvenience to the resident and financial impact on the property.
Cathi Petty, Reception, has many years of experience and has been with us since 2008. She provides a warm welcome to our company and as well as assistance to potential residents, current residents and clients.
Rick Sholl, Maintenance Technician, has many years of construction experience and provides superior maintenance services to all of our properties.
