Schempp Realty and Management has been in business since 1983. Over the years we have gained the trust and loyalty of our satisfied customers. Today we have moved beyond the borders of Louisville, where we are located, and now serve properties in surrounding counties as well as southern Indiana including Jeffersonville, Clarksville and New Albany.
Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced, meaning that when you rely on us you will receive the care and attention you deserve whether you are buying/selling your property or simply looking for a property manager.

We are locally owned and operated so we not only know the area, we know the people. We are in touch with the communities within our service areas. This allows us to manage your properties and help you find new real estate investments easier and with a deeper insight.
